At Coleraine BID, we delivered PR / digital marketing services for events across every season. Easter events that brought families into the town centre. Summer events that made people stay longer. Autumn events that kept the momentum going. Halloween events that have become expected. Christmas events that people planned around.
Each one saw huge crowds.
Christmas was a standout. Thousands turned out year after year to see the Grinch in his lair. It became a tradition, not because of a poster, but because digital marketing kept it alive between events. Photos. Videos. Teasers. Reminders.
The pumpkin patch at Halloween wasn’t a gimmick either. It welcomed well over a thousand families every year. Parents didn’t stumble across it. They came because they’d seen it. Shared it. Saved the date.
Up until 2023, Coleraine BID also led one of the strongest Santa experiences in the town. It was well-organised, well-promoted, and well-attended. Later, a local charity stepped in to deliver their own event, but the foundation of what people expected from a Santa experience in Coleraine was already set.
Consistency mattered. The look. The tone. The way events were promoted. People trusted that if Coleraine BID was behind it, it would be worth their time.
