What Kajabi Will Look Like in 2026 (Probably)

Kajabi Expert - Geoffrey Moffett

Everyone wants to know what's coming. What features. What changes. What's next.

I don't have a crystal ball. But I've been watching Kajabi for 10 years. And patterns emerge.

Here's what I think 2026 looks like for Kajabi users.

More AI. Obviously.

Every software company is racing to shove AI into their product. Kajabi won't be different. We'll see AI writing tools. AI course creators. AI email generators.

Will they be good? Maybe. Will people use them? Definitely. Will they replace actual thinking? I hope not.

The risk is that everyone's Kajabi site starts sounding the same. Because everyone's using the same AI to write the same landing pages for the same courses.

Differentiation dies when everyone uses the same tools the same way.

Apps will matter more.

Kajabi launched their app builder. Right now, not many people are using it. By 2026? It'll be table stakes.

Your customers will expect an app. Not because they need one, but because everyone else has one. This is both good and bad.

Good: Better user experience for course content. Bad: Another thing you have to maintain and think about.

The platform will get more complex.

This always happens. Software never gets simpler over time. It gets more features. More options. More settings.

Kajabi in 2026 will do more than Kajabi today. But it'll also be harder to use. More overwhelming for new users. More things to configure.

The gap between basic users and expert users will widen.

Pricing will go up.

It always does. Kajabi's not a charity. They've got investors and employees and servers to pay for.

Expect the basic plan to cost more. Expect new features to only be available on higher tiers. Expect them to introduce new pricing models.

Maybe usage-based pricing. Maybe transaction fees. Maybe both.

Integration will be the name of the game.

Nobody uses just Kajabi anymore. They use Kajabi plus Deadline Funnel plus Zapier plus ConvertKit plus Stripe plus twelve other tools.

By 2026, managing these integrations will be half the work. Making sure everything talks to everything else. Keeping it all from breaking.

The "all-in-one" promise of Kajabi will be less true. Not because Kajabi got worse, but because everyone's needs got more complex.

Video will be the default.

Static course content will feel dated. Everyone will expect video. Multiple cameras. Professional production. Maybe even live cohorts instead of self-paced courses.

This raises the bar for everyone. Good for students, maybe. Exhausting for creators.

Here's the thing about predicting the future: Most predictions are just observations about the present stretched forward.

Kajabi in 2026 will probably be better in some ways, worse in others. More powerful, more complicated. More expensive, more capable.

But the fundamentals won't change. You'll still need a clear offer. You'll still need good marketing. You'll still need to actually help people.

The tools might change. The work doesn't.

That's always been true. It'll still be true in 2026.
