Stop Asking Which Platform Gets the Best Results

It's one of the questions I hear more than almost any other.

"What platform is getting the best results?"

Whether it's Kajabi, Circle, Mighty Networks, Podia, Skool, or one of the many other platforms on the market, founders and creators are constantly searching for software that will transform their business.

It's an understandable question, but it's usually the wrong one.

The reality is that no platform can compensate for an unclear offer, a directionless business, or a message that fails to resonate with customers. While every platform has its strengths, they all fundamentally provide the same thing: a way to deliver your content, products or community. The software is simply the vehicle.

Too many entrepreneurs spend weeks, and sometimes months, comparing feature lists, watching YouTube reviews and migrating between platforms in the hope that the next one will finally unlock growth. In many cases, they would have achieved far more by spending that time refining their offer instead.

The businesses that consistently grow are rarely the ones with the most sophisticated technology. They're the ones that make it incredibly easy for potential customers to understand three simple things: who they help, what problem they solve, and what outcome people can expect.

That's where clarity beats complexity every single time.

It's easy to become distracted by features. Mobile apps, AI tools, automations, gamification, communities, courses, certificates and dozens of integrations can all look impressive on a sales page. But your customers aren't buying features. They're buying a solution to a problem they're experiencing today.

Imagine two businesses using exactly the same platform.

The first promotes "a membership with weekly content, live calls and a private community."

The second promises "to help small business owners use AI to save five hours every week without needing any technical knowledge."

The platform hasn't changed. The difference is that one describes features, while the other communicates an outcome.

That's what people buy.

Another common mistake is making an offer far more complicated than it needs to be. Founders often believe they need dozens of bonuses, multiple membership tiers, and an endless content library to justify their price. Ironically, this can have the opposite effect. The more complicated the offer becomes, the harder it is for potential customers to understand its value.

Simple offers convert because they're easy to explain and easy to remember.

The same principle applies regardless of whether you're using Kajabi, Circle, Mighty Networks, Podia, Skool or any other platform. None of these tools will magically create demand for your business. They won't write a compelling value proposition, identify your ideal customer or build trust with your audience.

Those are your responsibilities as the founder.

The platform should support your business model, not define it.

Instead of asking which platform is getting the best results, a better question might be:

"Is my offer so clear that my ideal customer immediately understands why they need it?"

If the answer is yes, you'll probably find that most modern platforms can deliver exactly what you need.

Because at the end of the day, businesses aren't built on software.

They're built on solving real problems for real people.

Choose the platform that fits your workflow, budget, and long-term goals. Then stop worrying about the software and spend your time improving what actually drives growth: your offer.
