Knowing When to Step Back: A Natural End to a Successful Partnership

Good partnerships end cleanly.

In mid-2025, following the departure of Coleraine BID’s Chief Executive, we chose not to pursue a new service level agreement. Not because the work failed. Because it succeeded.

The systems were in place. The audiences were built. The town had momentum.

At that point, our focus shifted to building products and support models for BIDs across Northern Ireland, the wider UK, and internationally. Taking the lessons learned and making them scalable.

We remain proud of the role we played in CBID’s renewal, its campaigns, and its lasting impact. It was six years of delivery, trust, and shared purpose.
