Kajabi Pricing in 2026: What To Expect (And How To Prepare)

Kajabi Expert - Geoffrey Moffett

Kajabi's going to cost more in 2026. Maybe not officially. But effectively.

Here's why.

The platform is adding features. AI tools, app builders, advanced analytics. These aren't free to develop. Someone's paying for them. Spoiler: It's you.

Either through direct price increases or by locking new features behind higher tier plans.

Integrations will multiply. You won't just need Kajabi. You'll need Kajabi plus six other tools to do what you actually need to do.

Each tool costs money. Each integration costs time. Time is money.

The bar is rising. What worked in 2024 won't work in 2026. Your competitors are improving. Your customers expect more.

Keeping up costs money. Falling behind costs more.

So what do you do?

Stop paying for features you don't use. Look at your current Kajabi plan. Are you using everything you're paying for?

Most people aren't. They're on the Growth plan using Basic features. That's $100+ per month for nothing.

Downgrade. Save the money. Upgrade only when you need specific features.

Audit your tool stack. How many tools are you paying for? How many do you actually use? How many are duplicating each other?

I've seen people pay for three different email tools because they forgot to cancel the ones they're not using.

That's not strategy. That's waste.

Build for efficiency, not features. When you're building or rebuilding your Kajabi site, resist the urge to use every feature.

Use what you need. Skip what you don't. Every feature you turn on is something else to maintain, update, and potentially pay for.

Simple scales. Complex breaks.

Plan for the price increase. When Kajabi raises prices—and they will—will it still be worth it? If not, what's your alternative?

This isn't pessimism. It's planning. Hope for the best, prepare for reality.

Here's what I tell my clients: Don't buy tools for what they might let you do someday. Buy them for what you need them to do today.

That fancy feature you're not using? You're paying for it. Every month. Forever. Until you cancel or downgrade.

Most people spend more on tools than they need to. Not because the tools are expensive, but because they're paying for potential instead of results.

In 2026, be intentional. Every dollar you spend on Kajabi or any other tool should have a clear return. If it doesn't, stop spending it.

The goal isn't to use the most features. It's to make the most money.

Those aren't the same thing.

Plan accordingly.
