Declining the SLA Made Room For Wider Impact

Instead of entering the 2025–2029 service level agreement, I chose a different path.

The years spent working freelance with the BID highlighted recurring challenges. Digital strategy. Social media fatigue. Campaign planning. Measurement. Skills gaps that aren’t solved by retainers alone.

So the plan became clear.

Build on-demand courses for BIDs across Northern Ireland, the wider UK, and beyond. Practical digital and social media marketing training. Accessible when teams need it. Informed by real experience, not theory.

That work wouldn’t have happened inside a five-year SLA. It needed room to scale.
